- Also called the Gaudy Tree Frog.
- One of the most colorful creatures in the rainforest.
- Expressive bright red eyes, a vibrant green body with blue, white and orange highlights on sides.
- Very noticeable orange sticky pads on its toes.
- Difficult to spot in the lowland rainforests from Southern Mexico to Panama.
- Spends majority of their lives in trees.
- Active mostly at night.
- Are non-poisonous frogs.
- Rely on green camouflage to protect themselves from predators.
- Are excellent jumpers.
